Positive Communication

The well-being of employees in the European School is one of the top priorities. Recently, the school’s Human Resources Division invited education specialist, trainer-consultant, and coach Paata Papava to assess the company’s ethos and analyze how positive the work culture is in our school. Meeting with ES employees held in the format of an organizational talk show made attendees think about the role of positive communication in school culture and ways to enhance it.
