Community Project Presentation

Community Project Presentations were held in MYP program on Wednesday, April 29. G9 students completed 2 individual and 3 group projects: 1) Journalism-Collaborating with the School Web-site; 2) Minorities in Georgia; 3) Teaching English in an Orphanage; 4) Hazard of Plastics- Antiplastic Campaign; 5) Volunteering in “Caritas”.  Through the cycle of inquiring, acting, reflecting (which lasted for approximately 6 months) students developed essential skills for future academic success and adult life, gained confidence, realized that they are “real actors” in the “real world”, who can make positive changes in the lives of others.
