Results of the European School Annual Classical Music Festival

The Final Gala Concert of the European School Annual Classical Musical Festival was held last Friday December 4th. 12 students participated in the second round of the festival. The concert started with a performance of Eduardo Di Capua’s “O Sole Mio” performed by grade 4b students Dmitri Gozalishvili and Temur Tvauri.

A special jury, led by famous composer Rusudan Sebiskveradze awarded all contestants with certificates of participation. Nini Bziava (piano), Nikoloz Kavtaradze (guitar), and Luka Vadachkoria (piano) were nominated as “Best Performers.” The “Best Music Artist” award was given to Irina Tsereteli. Behbod Khansar was nominated as “The Performer With Best Technical Skills.” Mariam Merabishvili was awarded the prize “Sympathy of the Jury.”

At the end of the concert, principal Nana Mosidze thanked the organizers of the festival, participants, and winners and wished them future success.
