International Assembly
PYP students attended a virtual live assembly hosted from Abu Dhabi that explored the role of technology across a wide range of subject areas and professional fields. The session highlighted how technology is shaping industries such as healthcare, engineering, the arts, and education, and introduced learners to emerging career paths that may develop in the near future.
A particular focus of the assembly was Artificial Intelligence and the importance of its ethical and responsible use. Students learned how AI can support creativity, problem-solving, and innovation while also discussing the need for critical thinking, data privacy, and human values when working with intelligent technologies. The experience encouraged students to reflect on their own interests and to consider how developing digital skills today can prepare them for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.
