PYP Welcomes Pre-School Students in a Joyful Annual Event
The PYP community recently hosted its annual welcoming event for pre-school students, creating a warm and engaging introduction to the Primary Years Programme. The event was designed and led by PYP students, teachers, and counsellors, who worked together to offer a variety of interactive learning experiences.
Children took part in different sessions, including a hands-on LEGO activity, a creative art workshop, an energetic dance session, and a special music segment led by the music teacher, where students learned songs and movements together. Each activity was carefully planned to reflect the playful, inquiry-based nature of learning in the PYP.
The event gave pre-schoolers a wonderful first glimpse into the learning journey of young PYP learners, highlighting curiosity, creativity, and collaboration at the heart of the programme. It was a joyful and meaningful experience for everyone involved, and the PYP community is excited to welcome these young learners as they begin their educational journey with us.
