World Children's Day

“Today, November 20 PYP students celebrated World Children’s Day. We promote international togetherness and awareness among children. PYP students painted and wrote a class story about protecting children and their rights. “

November 20 PYP students celebrated World Children’s Day virtually due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. For World Children’s Day, PYP students looked at profiles of children all over the world. They discussed ways which could help children in the community in which we live. Donated food to local shelters and some of them described how our attitudes could help children in need. Anastasia from grade 1A said “be kind to all children all over the world” and Lizi said to “spread love all over.

Some of them wrote a class story about protecting children and their rights, poems, presentations and had online fun games.

With this celebration we promote togetherness around the world and awareness of the problems that children face in every globe and improve the welfare for all children.
