Age Struggles and Finding Oneself
On February 20, students from Grades 8–12 gathered for an inspiring Psychology Conference centered on the theme “Age Struggles and Finding Oneself.”
Hosted by students and featuring psychologist Ana Arveladze, the conference provided a safe and respectful space for open dialogue about identity, uncertainty, peer pressure, and the challenges of growing up.
Through meaningful discussions and the interactive activity “Stand If This Is You,” students recognized shared experiences and strengthened empathy and self-awareness. The honesty and courage shown throughout the sessions created a powerful atmosphere of connection and understanding.
The event concluded with thoughtful reflections and a beautiful musical performance by Nita Dadunashvili, leaving participants inspired and reassured that the journey of self-discovery is something they do not walk alone.
The conference was a meaningful reminder that growing up is not about having all the answers — it is about learning, reflecting, and finding the confidence to become who you are meant to be.
