Youth Violence

On December 5, Giorgi Chitidze-Human Rights Coordinator at ”Open Society Georgia” delivered a lecture about human rights for seventh graders. The students asked questions, expressed their opinions. At the same day, G12 students from Georgian and IB Programmes attended Georgian language lesson- “Violence and the ways how to prevent it” at AHS and held a discussion about recent acts of youth violence and threats associated with society’s indifference towards it. Students made a very important conclusion-indifference towards violence is not any less alarming than violence itself.
