PYP Students’ Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Orbeliani Market

The students of the Georgian Language Club and Grade 5 visited the Orbeliani Market, where they ceremoniously lit the Christmas tree. The students wrote wishes to Santa Claus, which they hung on the Christmas tree together with New Year’s ornaments. Students learning the Georgian language were actively involved in this process alongside their parents and teachers. They also enthusiastically participated in the Gastro School, where they learned how to make khinkali, churchkhela, and cookies, practiced speaking Georgian, and applied their language knowledge in a real-life context.
