Hour of Code at European School

Hour of Code is a global movement reaching the whole world. This activity aims to involve as many students as possible into the coding process.
The European School, with an initiative of ICT teacher David Nozadze, joined this movement and registered on the world map in that way. Every member of ICT Department participated in Hour of Code. The following activities took place during the “Coding Week” held on December 4-8: Primary years students were informed about the importance of coding and its use in creating games; Specially for the week they created a new game; Children also met representatives of itechnic who taught children how to write code using iPads; Middle years students developed their practical skills, lessons became more interesting, informative and creative for them.
