The Student Parliament Chairman Elections
03 Nov 2022The European School annually hosts the debates before the Student Parliament Chairman Elections. Election Debates 2022, held on November 1st, allowed candidates to represent themselves and their election programs, submit questions to each other, and reveal information about opponents' experience and competence. Voters demonstrated awareness of details about candidates’ election programs that will help them make informed choices at the ballot box and increase the accountability of the elected chairman.
Halloween - 2022
31 Oct 2022On October 31st, the European School students celebrated Halloween. To get into the Holiday spirit, children dressed in all sorts of costumes, painted pumpkins, decorated hallways and classrooms, played various fun games, and generously gave candies to each other.
Conference - climate change
24 Oct 2022Climate change is one of the major challenges of our time. Every citizen of the planet needs to become a part of the environmental movements to save the natural world and secure a better future. The European School environmental activities took part in Roundtable Against the Climate Change: #EYPinAction and following green activities on October 22nd -23rd.

Clean Hands – Healthy Future
13 Oct 2022On Global Handwashing Day, the European School students hosted Irma Kenciashvili - Director of the Infection Control and Prevention Department of American Hospital Tbilisi. The guest discussed the role of handwashing as an effective tool to prevent diseases, conducted fun activities, and distributed flyers to enhance students' knowledge about hygiene. The European School doctor held awareness sessions and showed hand hygiene videos to primary program students.
Art Education – inter-culturally
12 Oct 2022Within the project Art Education – inter-culturally, the delegation of art educators from Lucerne and Zurich art colleges and Ilia State University, together with the representatives of the Ministry of Education of Georgia, visited the European School. The project is intended to enrich the experience of future art teachers, advocate art education in schools and deepen cultural exchange between Georgia and Switzerland.
Celebrating its 15th Anniversary #ES15thAnniversary #ESMarathon2022
04 Oct 2022Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the European School held a marathon and welcomed both teachers and students at Lisi Lake on Sunday, October 2nd. Marathon Day raised the community spirit of our faculty and students, who demonstrated their love for and commitment to the European School. Participants enjoyed beautiful weather, nice views, and a fun race with its excitement and competition.
Club Fair 2022!
22 Sep 2022Extracurricular clubs are important part of student life at the European School, and today’s clubs reflect the wide range of interests of 21st century students, with clubs dating back to 2007 to new clubs founded this year. The 2022 Club Fair was held in the school courtyard, with students visiting the various club tables to learn more and sign up. From the Astronomy Club and the Chinese Club to the Felt Club and many more, there is truly something for everyone!
First day of school
15 Sep 2022It is wonderful to welcome new and existing students on campus and celebrate the new school year. We at the ES tried to add some fun to this exciting day to make it memorable. The festive air was filled with the sounds of drums; soap bubbles floated around; stilt walker performers with colorful costumes performed cheerful walking acts; living statues and humanoid robots brought joy to children.
