Virus infections are disclosed especially in autumn-winter period when your child starts going to kindergarten. Especially kids who are beginners start the period of adaptation. This period can last for 3-4 months or even 1 year depending on child’s immune system. After getting over the disease the immunity is created against viruses and decreases the chance of next disease.
For sure with symptoms as cough and fever no parent will bring child at kindergarten but very often the symptoms are covered with bad mood, lack of appetite, lack of sleep that means beginning of disease and this can be observed by the family. In this case the incubation period will be in kindergarten with other children. In this case we will contact the parent while the child stays under doctor’s supervision.
