MYP students at the Zoo

6 graders from MYP visited the Educational Center of Tbilisi Zoo on the 17th of November 2017. They were accompanied by their homeroom teacher Maia Kikvadze and teacher of Individuals and Societies Davit Sidamonidze. The aim was to participate in a mini course at the above mentioned Center, about endangered animals and how human interaction can influence our environment negatively. Students had the chance to see and feed some of the endangered animals, gather information about global environmental problems and the role they play as global citizen. On their return the students wrote summaries of the excursion.
