PYP Exhibition

On April 25th, Grade 5 students participated in a unique and significant event for PYP students– “Exhibition.” Students had a chance to exhibit the attributes of the IB learner profile developed throughout their studies with the PYP.

The transdisciplinary topic they worked on was “Sharing the Planet.” The exhibition showed the power of student ownership as they inquired following topics: Deforestation, Animal rights, Women’s Rights, Food Availability, Sharing Kindness, Endangered Species, Internally Displaced People and their Rights, and Accessing Education.

Students worked in groups of 3 to 4 and each group had a mentor. Students filled their exhibition journals as they proceeded through the projects. Every group had an action and solution part of the topic they worked on.
