The European School expresses condolences to victims of the Paris attacks
International environmental organizations and NGOs have put out a call for world-wide marches on Sunday November 29th, the eve of the biggest U.N. Climate Summit to-date!
World leaders from 190 different countries will meet in Paris from November 30th to December 11th to try to strike a far-reaching global climate deal that limits greenhouse gas emissions and negative human effects on the environment.
Marches are scheduled in major cities around the globe to send a message to the delegates.
European School staff and students will join the Tbilisi Global Climate March on Sunday November 29th. We encourage all members of our community to join us and raise their voice in support of our planet!
Participants will meet at 2pm in front of the Liberty Square metro station. All participants are kindly asked to wear green and bring drums, whistles, and other noise makers.
