Three-way Conferences in PYP
PYP recently held its Three-Way Conferences, bringing together students, parents, and teachers to reflect on learning and celebrate individual progress. During these conferences, students took the lead by presenting their work, discussing their growth, and setting goals for future improvement. This approach empowered students to take ownership of their learning journey and demonstrated the importance of reflection and responsibility.
The conferences fostered a strong sense of collaboration and open communication among all participants. Parents gained meaningful insight into their child’s development and shared a great deal of positive feedback about the teaching and learning environment. Teachers supported the process by guiding reflections and offering feedback, making the experience a true reflection of the PYP’s commitment to student agency and strong home-school partnerships.
