Educational and Charitable Field Trip to 'Tiflistex' Socks Factory – Printing House “Graphics"

On March 31st, our 4th graders from Georgian A and  Georgian B had the exciting opportunity to visit Georgia’s first-ever socks factory, “Tiflistex,” and Press Print Graphics.  This field trip, organized by PYP, IB, and Georgian teachers, was not only educational but also served as a charitable event. It gave students a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process while also contributing to a meaningful cause.

A special thank you goes to our incredible leadership team – Koba Guliashvili, Kato Alania, Giorgi Gobejishvili,  Lasha Machaidze, and Nino Mzhavanadze – for ensuring a safe and engaging experience for our students, guiding them throughout the trip.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Giorgi Gachechiladze, the owner of the factory, for his generosity and participation in this charity event. He kindly gifted us 180 pairs of socks, which will make a difference for those in need.

It was a memorable day, and we’re grateful to everyone involved for making it so special!
