70th Students’ National Conference
On April 25th the National Youth and Children’s Palace of Georgia hosted the 70th Students’ National Conference. Participants ranged from 13 to 18 years of age and came from all of Georgia’s regions. The aim of the conference was to showcase students’ skills in scientific investigation, analysis, and presentation of individual ideas. Students from European School participated in various sections of the conference.
Among the 350 winners of a First Degree diploma were 23 European School students. Second Degree diplomas were won by 17 European School students. The National Academy of Sciences awarded two DP students–Giorgi Diasamidze and Nikoloz Gozalishvili–with special certificates for consistent and successful participation in the Students’ National Conferences through the years.
The jury emphasized that works presented by European School students were innovative, investigation oriented, and had practical value. European School teachers and administration were awarded for active collaboration with the Students’ National Conference.
