International Day of Tolerance
On November 14, 2024, the DP program hosted an assembly to celebrate the International Day of Tolerance. The event, themed “One World, Many Voices: A Celebration of Tolerance and Cultural Respect,” brought together students to honor the importance of cultural respect and unity. It featured an interactive game promoting the understanding of cultural diversity in a fun and engaging way, a literary project showcasing works that inspire empathy and respect for differences, a dance performance illustrating how art transcends boundaries and connects people across cultures, and a Cultural Appreciation Exhibition highlighting various traditions and values within our school community. The exhibition served as a powerful reminder of the beauty and strength found in our differences, inspiring respect and the celebration of the cultural heritage each of us brings to the European School. For our students, this day was a powerful reminder of the importance of embracing diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
