Mythology and Georgia
IB PYP 3AE students learned about mythologies from both Georgian and foreign countries. They watched various video materials, researched information, and created projects. On November 11, guest speaker Nino Kakhiani visited the students and shared interesting facts about Greek and Georgian mythology, answering the students’ questions.
Additionally, the students were encouraged to write their own myths inspired by the stories they learned. They created vibrant illustrations to accompany their narratives, which were later displayed in the school’s library. The students also participated in a mythology quiz, testing their knowledge on various mythological figures and tales from around the world. This engaging activity not only enhanced their understanding of mythology but also fostered a sense of curiosity and creativity.
