PYP Exhibition 2024-2025: Empowering Young Learners Through Inquiry and Action

The 2024-2025 PYP Exhibition, framed by the transdisciplinary theme Sharing the Planet, was a vibrant celebration of student agency, learning, and real-world impact. Our students explored critical global issues such as sustainable energy, animal-human interdependence, equal rights, technology’s influence, environmental protection, water pollution, and racism.

Through research, data collection, and interviews with specialists, students developed critical thinking, communication, and ethical research skills. They practiced academic integrity by citing sources and used digital tools creatively to design logos, slogans, and presentations that raised awareness on their topics.

Students took meaningful action beyond the classroom: they visited animal shelters, organized bake sales, collected and donated food to support animals, and launched campaigns promoting positive change. These experiences fostered empathy, leadership, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The entire PYP community supported this journey, making it a true celebration of the Learner Profile attributes—being inquirers, thinkers, communicators, and caring global citizens. The Exhibition not only highlighted students’ knowledge but also empowered them to act and reflect as they contribute to a better world.
