PYP Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences 2023-2024
During the 2023-204 academic year PYP has conducted different conferences – Parent-Teacher, Three-Way and Student-Led. These conferences provide insights into the child’s social, emotional, and academic development. Teachers can share observations from the classroom that parents might not be aware of, and parents can provide context about the child’s behavior and learning habits at home. Parent conferences foster a collaborative environment where teachers and parents work as a team. This collaboration supports the learner’s learning journey, creating a consistent and supportive environment both at school and at home. Students take the lead in presenting their learning journey, which empowers them to take responsibility for their education. This ownership encourages self-motivation and pride in their accomplishments.
