Spanish Language, Cervantes and Book day, April 23
On May 14th DP/CP Spanish students together with their Spanish teacher, Tamara Guliashvili, celebrated Spanish Language, Cervantes and Book day. All these three important events symbolically coincide on April 23, but at our school, we have celebrated them on May 14; the day of Georgian King Tamar. DP/CP Spanish students had impressive presentations and speeches about Cervantes and Castillia La Mancha. They have also had thematic digital exhibition, about Miguel De Cervantes. Three winners were awarded: 1st place Mariam Gegeshidze (DP 11), 2nd Sofie Darchashvili (DP 12) and 3rd Natalia Kapanadze (DP 11). This splendid Spanish event has been accompanied by the official representative of the King of Spain and Spanish Government Mr. Marcos Granados and CEO of “Your Business in Georgia” Adrian López.
