Student Project Conference 2015 Results
The Student Project Conference 2015 organized by the European School, International Baccalaureate section at the European School, American High School, American Councils, British Council, English, Book in Georgia, UK Bridge and Cambridge Education Group was held on 13-14 March, 2015.
The jury selected 52 projects out of 85 .On March 13th commission members of six different subject sections selected best 14 projects. On March 14th the jury selected the winners in different categories.
1st Place – Giga Apkhaidze, IB European School
was awarded with three weeks English language course in the UK, University of Cambridge sponsored by “Cambridge Education Group”.
2nd Place
Irakli Bobokhidze – Newton Free School, Tbilisi;
Mariam Gobianidze – European School, Tbilisi;
Data Kikoria – European School, Tbilisi;
Ana Purtskhvanidze – Georgian-American School “ Progress”, Kutaisi.
were awarded with three weeks English language course for Pearson Test of English sponsored by the “English Book in Georgia”.
3rd Place
Shota Iasashvili – #10 Public School, Tbilisi;
Elene Kavtaradze – European School, American High School, Tbilisi;
Mariam Jmukhadze – St.George’s British-Georgian School, Tbilisi.
were awarded with two weeks English Language course in Tbilisi organized by Unique Learning Summer School sponsored by the “English Book in Georgia”.
Special awards
1. Special award – two weeks English Language course in Tbilisi organized by Unique Learning Summer School sponsored by the European School was given to Mariam Tsiklauri – #2 Public School, Dedoplistskaro.
2. Special awards, sponsored by “American Councils” were given to the following students:
Giorgi Gaprindashvili – Cadets Military Liceum, Kutaisi;
Turgay Hasanov – Chaglar International School,Tbilisi;
Mariam Tsiklauri – #2 Public School, Dedoplistskaro.
3. Special awards, sponsored by “English Book in Georgia“ – 50% discount on English language courses organized by“English Book in Georgia“ was given to the following students:
