Exhibition
PYP students continued investigations and approached the Exhibition 2018-2019 with another huge step – creating the logo. Each exhibition group and any 5th graders had a chance to create a logo for the Exhibition. The PYP community: 4th graders, PYP principal, security and our housekeepers helped us to choose the best one. According to our team the best logo was Alexandra Chuprina’s, where she has demonstrated the unity and international mindedness of our students.
Another important event that happened this week was the trip to Vake Park – our students raised the awareness about their exhibition projects. They have distributed the flyers, interviewed people and filled in the surveys. The feedback received from the people was extremely positive and almost every interviewee mentioned how proud they were about the actions done by PYP students. The 4th graders Bilge Ucar and Meryem Huseynova were very supportive while the trip as their transdisciplinary theme was ‘How We Organize Ourselves’ and they have been working on the different types advertisements for 5 weeks, and knew the purpose of the advertisements so they helped to promote our school and the exhibition projects.
