First Friday Forum
On December 3, 2021, in the framework of the First Friday Forum, an education specialist from the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum (NY, US) delivered an online lecture for American High School students on the topic Eleanor Roosevelt and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The speaker discussed the life and career of Mrs. Roosevelt and President Roosevelt’s efforts to create the United Nations. Speaker talked about the public life of Mrs. Roosevelt, her leadership position at the United Nations, and her instrumental role in drafting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The meeting ended with a Q & A session.
