Excursion to Dashbashi

The students of the American School of Advanced Studies embarked on an enriching excursion to Dashbashi alongside their homeroom teachers and the Academic Dean, Natia Tevzadze. Throughout the journey, students of 6, 7, and 8 grades  fostered a spirit of cooperation, friendship, and collaboration, all while exploring remarkable landmarks and immersing themselves in the natural beauty of our country. Their return was marked by a palpable enthusiasm, with vibrant emotions fueling a desire for more weekends filled with such memorable experiences.

Invited by the MYP student council, the guest led an engaging, open discussion with students. Recently, 1B students embarked on an unforgettable journey as they ventured into the animal kingdom at the local zoo. From the moment they stepped off the bus, excitement filled the air. The students met the zoo's inhabitants, with their teachers leading the way. First graders petted soft rabbits, stroked smooth tortoises, and marveled at the delicate wings of colorful butterflies. These close encounters sparked a sense of wonder and empathy, fostering a deeper connection to the natural world. Ultimately, the zoo trip wasn't just a fun day out - it was also a journey of discovery, learning, and growth. As the first graders returned to school, their minds buzzing with excitement and newfound knowledge, they carried the promise of endless adventures yet to come.
