Grade 8 Field Trip: Exploring the Historical Treasures of Eastern Georgia
10 Dec 2025Our Grade 8 students recently embarked on an exciting educational field trip to the eastern region of Georgia, where they had the opportunity to discover important historical landmarks and deepen their knowledge of the country’s rich cultural and geographical heritage. This hands-on learning experience allowed students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world exploration, bringing history and geography to life right before their eyes.

Led by main organizer Anna Kuzmidi from the American School of Advanced Studies and supported by a committed IB team, the event stood out as a powerful achievement in youth leadership.

5C: Protesting Against the Racism
30 Nov 2025The Grade 5C students concluded their unit about the government with a powerful and meaningful protest against racism, showcasing their learning, empathy, and leadership. After weeks of inquiry and discussion, the students wrote thoughtful speeches expressing their views on fairness, equality, and the importance of standing up against discrimination.
Journey Into Georgian Culture
27 Nov 2025IB PYP 5th graders visited a culinary school with their teachers, where they made traditional Georgian dishes such as khachapuri and churchkhela. The students pressed grapes with their own hands and made tatara.
Our First Field Trip

Grade 5 Summative Assessment - Elections
