Young minds gathered at the Economics Debate Competition where sharp intellect, spirited argumentation, and bold economic thinking filled the room with energy and promise.Hosted and moderated by Nino Saghareishvili and Mariam Saghareishvili, our AP Micro and Macro Economics teachers, the event proved to be more than just a school debate — it was a demonstration of youth engagement with issues that transcend borders and shape the future of our global economy.

Today, on April 14th, our school proudly celebrated Mother Language Day – a day dedicated to honoring the richness and beauty of the Georgian language.

On the occasion of Earth Day 2025, the European School Primary Years Programme (PYP) Georgian Program and the European Azerbaijan School came together for a special celebration — the Earth Day Conference 2025. The event brought students from both schools together in a spirit of collaboration, creativity, and environmental awareness. The conference was filled with vibrant cultural exchanges and educational experiences.

The PYP 4C students organized a vibrant book exhibition to celebrate World Book Day. Each student selected a book, read it thoroughly, and prepared a presentation discussing its contents, main characters, and reasons to recommend it.

On April 15th and 16th, the European School received threatening messages suggesting a potential bomb threat on campus. We understand how alarming this news may be, and we want to assure our community that the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families remain our highest priority.

The European School PYP students had the pleasure of welcoming students from Caucasus French School. It was a day full of creativity, collaboration, and discovery! Our talented PYP students kicked off the visit with a spectacular performance of "Matilda" on stage, leaving everyone inspired.

We were pleased to host another thought-provoking assembly with Dr. Brice Bomo, where our Principal shared insightful reflections on the importance of context—whether in sources, presentations, or everyday life.

This year’s PYP Talent Show was a special event where students shared their amazing talents and skills. The show was completely planned, organized, and led by students. We enjoyed a wide variety of performances—gymnastics, acting, singing, dancing, magic tricks, and more! The idea for the show came from Sophia Avidar, a Student Council member from Grade 3A.

On April 3rd, students had the opportunity to attend an inspiring and intellectually rich session led by Ben Rees, a distinguished writer, philosopher, and educator. With a diverse academic background in philosophy and psychology—and teaching experience spanning Europe, the U.S., and Asia—Ben delivered a powerful talk on the role of writing in shaping human experience and connection.
