We were delighted to invite Dr. Paata Kintsurashvili as a guest speaker to share valuable insights on the importance of water and why it is essential to drink enough water every day. His engaging talk helped students understand the vital role water plays in our health and daily lives. It was a wonderful collaborative experience for Grade 2 (2C, 2A, 2D, 2E), bringing together learning and awareness in an interactive and meaningful way.

From March 3 to 8, Ekaterina Kobakhidze, Classical Civilizations teacher at the American School of Advanced Studies and Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, participated in the Erasmus+ faculty exchange program at the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna), Italy.

The PYP teachers recently participated in an engaging IB workshop titled Local and Global Inquirers led by Tanem Yildirim, designed to deepen their understanding of inquiry-based learning within the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

On February 27th, at the European School, PYP Georgian B students from grades 1 to 5 came together to celebrate Mother’s Day in a heartfelt assembly. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to express their love and appreciation for their moms.

As part of our "How We Express Ourselves" unit, Grade 3A recently hosted a powerful and inspiring event—"ES Talk." This summative assessment project provided students with a platform to speak their truth and share their personal views on life.With confidence and creativity, each student took the stage to express their thoughts, experiences, and perspectives on topics that matter to them.
