Lecture about "Environmental Protection”

On December 11, Elene Bakradze -head of “Laboratory of atmospheric air, water and soil analysis” delivered a lecture for 10th and 11th graders at the European School.
She provided students with the detailed information about: the work of the Environmental Pollution Monitoring Service in Georgia, the projects implemented by the laboratory, pollution of surface water and procedures of analyzes in field conditions. Further, she explained air pollution monitoring processes and informed the students about the most polluted places in Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia. During the meeting the guest identified several components in water which made students excited.
