6th–7th Grade Cultural Excursion to Dmanisi & Bolnisi

On November 1st, our 6th and 7th graders enjoyed a meaningful educational and cultural trip to Dmanisi and Bolnisi. Students visited key historical sites, including the Dmanisi Archaeological Museum, Bolnisi Sioni Cathedral, and the Bolnisi Cross Monument.

A group of 25 students and 8 parents took part in the excursion, led by Academic Dean Natia Tevzadze, Homeroom Teacher Sali Aleksishvili, and Classical Civilization Teacher Beka Gelashvili, who also served as our tour guide.

The day was filled with learning, joy, teamwork, and memorable shared experiences.

Student Reflections:

“Seeing the archaeological site made history come alive!”
“We learned so much and had a great time with friends.”
(Grade 7)

Parent Impressions:

“A wonderful blend of education, culture, and community spirit.”
