American School of Advanced Studies Hosts Inspiring Assembly

The American School of Advanced Studies held a vibrant school assembly that brought together students, families, and faculty to celebrate learning, creativity, and achievement.

The program opened with a warm welcome and book presentations by Akaki Chkhaidze (Physics Textbook) and Giorgi Ugulava (Roman Civilization). A highlight of the event was a speech by Nino Partsvania (Grade 12) on “Why We Are Proud to Be Students of the American School of Advanced Studies.”

Students showcased their talents through a Virtual Reality Art ExhibitionChemistry projects, and a film adaptation of The Knight in the Panther’s Skin. The school journal Agora was introduced, and cultural pride shone through a traditional Georgian dance.

Academic excellence was celebrated with the Dean’s List Awards and the President’s Education Awards, honoring outstanding students from Grades 6–12. The assembly closed with a touching musical performance by Roena Vadachkoria (Grade 7).

The event highlighted the school’s dedication to fostering academic excellence, cultural heritage, and student creativity.
