European School Students Complete Two-Week Program at Rutgers University
Twenty-eight students from the European School, accompanied by Leadership & Engagement Coordinator Nana Mukeria, completed a two-week educational program at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Organized by the Georgian American Leadership Academy (GALA), the program combined intensive workshops with a curated cultural agenda.
With support from GALA staff and the guidance of Ms. Mukeria, students strengthened project-based learning, presentation design and delivery, public speaking, and practical leadership skills. Cultural excursions deepened their understanding of American life and civic culture.
Initiatives like this broaden our students’ global outlook and help them grow into informed, responsible citizens of the world.
