International Interdisciplinary Hybrid Conference
On May 27th, the IV International Interdisciplinary Hybrid Conference “Georgia and the World” was proudly hosted by the European School’s American School of Advanced Studies (ASAS) in cooperation with COGNIA (International Education Services, USA) and Tbilisi State University (Georgia).
This conference served as a powerful platform for dialogue, learning, and collaboration, emphasizing the essential role of education in shaping responsible global citizens ready to contribute to a more connected and cooperative world.
The conference brought together students, teachers, and professors from ASAS and Tbilisi State University to explore global connections through three dynamic sessions:
- Trade and Economic Relations
- Historical, Social, and Political Perspectives
- Linguistic and Literary Exchanges
We were honored to hear inspiring keynote speeches from:
Teresa Atwa (Vice President of International Education, Cognia) and Dr. Irma Barbakadze (PhD, Education Quality Official, Cognia) on “Education, Science, and Cooperation – Academic, Technological, and Research Collaborations between Georgia and the World”
Owen Lombardi (American Leadership Academy, USA) on “How Georgia’s Cultural Cohesion Fuels Global Opportunity”.
