Monthly School Assemblies with Dr. Brice Bomo: Inspiring the ASAS Community

As the new academic year begins, we are thrilled to introduce a new tradition at the American School of Advanced Studies (ASAS): monthly assemblies led by our new principal, Dr. Brice Bomo. These gatherings have quickly become a highlight for both students and staff, thanks to Dr. Bomo’s captivating rhetorical skills and his ability to share meaningful messages that resonate with our community.

In the most recent assembly, Dr. Bomo shared a thought-provoking allegory about a hedgehog, reminding us of the profound impact our words and actions can have on those around us. Through this story, he encouraged us all to be mindful of the energy we create, to approach others with humility, and to inspire confidence both in ourselves and in those we interact with.

Dr. Bomo’s message emphasized the importance of being socially engaged, kind, and supportive members of our community. We believe that these sessions not only provoke deep reflection but also play a crucial role in fostering a stronger, more compassionate school environment. We look forward to many more assemblies that challenge us to think critically and act responsibly.
