Parent Council

The American High School is passionate about the parental voice – to be involved and have a say in their child’s education through means such as the Parent Councils.

The parental voice is a key in helping to build parental engagement in schools. When parents and schools work in true partnership, students will thrive.

The Parent Council aims to promote a partnership between the school, its students and all our parents or caregivers. Our objectives are:

• To develop and engage in activities which support the education and welfare of students.

• To identify and represent the views of parents on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and welfare of students.

• To promote parental involvement in their child’s education and learning.

• To enable parents to share ideas, interests and skills for the benefit of the school.

Any parent interested in finding out more can contact the administration at info@americanhighschool.ge or through the school office.
